By creating an account, depositing funds, or playing any game on funph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
To register an account and use funph Services, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. funph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
funph Services are intended exclusively for individuals physically located in the Philippines at the time of gameplay. You warrant that you are not accessing funph Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of funph Services complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain IP addresses or geographic locations.
You may register only one (1) Account per individual. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify funph immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. funph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
funph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documents within seven (7) calendar days of request. Failure to complete verification may result in Account suspension, denial of withdrawals, and potential Account closure.
funph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfer to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Security Bank, UnionBank, and over-the-counter payments at authorized 7-Eleven locations. The minimum deposit amount is Twenty Philippine Pesos (₱20.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account verification status and payment method. All deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation, subject to processing times of the respective payment providers.
funph does not charge processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or payment processor) may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment providers. Deposits are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of technical error verified by funph.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to verification checks and security screening. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by funph.
funph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. You agree that deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. funph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately frozen pending investigation.
funph may offer bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits to Players at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are published on the funph website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must read and accept the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses require wagering of the bonus amount multiplied by a specified wagering multiplier before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requires you to wager the bonus amount thirty (30) times before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or not at all.
funph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other manipulative behavior. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be immediately closed, and all bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited.

Game outcomes are determined randomly and are not influenced by previous results, Player history, or any external factors. To self-exclude, contact funph customer support or access the self-exclusion option in your Account settings. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked, and you will be unable to deposit, wager, or access your balance. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once initiated. After the exclusion period expires, your Account will not be automatically reactivated; you must contact customer support to request reactivation.

By using funph Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. You acknowledge that you provide personal information at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, funph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use funph Services, even if funph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall funph's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless funph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of funph Services; (c) your breach of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting funph customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, dormant account balances may be subject to administrative fees or forfeiture as permitted by law.
funph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or used funph Services in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Upon termination, you forfeit all Account privileges, and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of funph Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and funph. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
funph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the funph website and sending notice to your registered email address. Your continued use of funph Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using funph Services and close your Account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
